I teach on Monday evenings, near Waterloo/Waterloo East stations. We’re a mixed class of ages, genders and abilities – in common, we share an hour of considered workout and a few physical challenges mixed with some laughter.
Having taught matwork and standing Pilates since 2008, I have a real energy for helping you progress towards Joseph Pilates’ “Superbody” and “Powerhouse” of core strength. I am a REPS member (check their Member Directory) as a Level 3 Advanced Pilates Instructor (City Lit London) and a Standing Pilates Instructor (PhysicalMind Institute New York) plus a Pilates in Pregnancy specialist (Allan Menezes, Pilates Institute Australia).
