With 10+ years of corporate experience, I’m able to work around the full training cycle: needs analysis, scope, research, design, brief, deliver and evaluate. No matter the size of group or budget, I can work with junior and senior participants and across various organisations, such as charities, hospitals, universities, public sector and professional services organisations.
My key strengths are design and delivery of bespoke events or programmes, using experiential and accelerated learning techniques to provide targeted learning. My energetic, supportive style allows learners to try out new learning in safe, collaborative ways. I can also lend these “front of room” skills to delivering your own in-house materials or developing your training delivery team’s abilities.
My focus is on ensuring learners gain new, relevant and usable skills and experiences aligned to business needs and strategy. My training results in more than a great ‘happy sheet” – I deliver real ROI for participants and their teams and organisations.
