A new way to work together with me and some of my personal teachers in wonderful surroundings at a retreat! I’m delighted to invite you to a retreat weekend with a blend of movement, reflection, good food and company to bring your hopes and dreams for 2017 to life!
I am co-hosting the “New Year, New You” Retreat with the wonderful Jess White, Yoga Teacher of Yogitribe and together, we want to shine a light on the joys and lessons 2016 has given you and look ahead to how to bring new energy, clarity and motivation to kickstart your 2017 adventures.
We know you’ll leave feeling brighter, clearer and with a sense of focus, ready to make 2017 your best year yet.
Let me tell you more about the event, the venue and how to reserve your place!
What to expect: A choice of yoga and Pilates classes each day, 2 life coaching workshops, nutrition workshop, wholesome fresh food & drink, as well as plenty of free time to do as you please – book a spa treatment, have a dip in the pool, curl up by the log fire, read a book or take a walk in the 18 acres of beautiful grounds.
What not to expect: a hardcore boot camp, a strict timetable & invasive treatments. Yuk!
The weekend will be at the Spa Hotel in Royal Tunbridge Wells – just an hour from London by train – and is from 4 pm onwards on Friday 13th January. Jess and I will be there to greet you, welcome you with a restorative yoga class and introduce you to our group with drinks at 7.30 pm. Don’t stress about arriving at 4 pm – come when you can and we’ll help you settle into a fabulous weekend. The evening will close with a bedtime yoga Nidra meditation.
Saturday will start with yoga, breakfast, free time and our first coaching workshop to begin our reflections on 2016 and begin to clarify what you want from the new year. Lunch is followed by more free time, a Pilates class, nutrition workshop and a yoga class. A 3-course dinner and a second bedtime Nidra will round out the day.
Sunday starts with yoga and breakfast, then free time until Lunch. The afternoon has our final coaching workshop to bring energy, inspiration and action to your 2017 goals. We’ll wish you farewell and safe travels around 3.30pm.
You can come along solo or with friends or your partner. We’ve got room options for one or two people 🙂 Whilst we’d love to see you Friday through Sunday, we also recognise time is precious so we’ve got one night options too! Prices range from £200 to £700, depending on how many of you and how many nights….
